Another baby and Atlantic Beach!
Sunday joylynn and I drove out to New Berne to visit my cousin Chris, his wife Jessica, and their new little baby Abbigail. We went out to lunch and Joylynn went for a spin on Chris's motorcycle. She was thrilled, but won't do it again. (unfortunatly I forgot I had my camera with me for the visit so I didn't get any photos, but trust me, Abbigail is Cute with a capital C).
After the visit we headed for the ocean; Atlantic Beach. What a site to behold! There were dolphins swimming in the water too (or sharks we just saw the fins).
What a day.

Inside picnic dinner and more!
Last night, I cam home from work to a wonderfully prepared dinner by Thor. He made grilled ham and cheese and sliced pear sandwiches served w/ potato chips and pickles. We feasted like kings and queens and talked over our days.
We (mostly Joy) made some fried rice later on in the evening. She left me alone in the kitchen for one minute and look what happened -Thor
It looks like the bowl of rice is glowing! - Joy

Dating

One of the best parts about being in Greensboro is to have Joylynn as my date when going to social gatherings. For example, we recently went to a dinner party for a student group I belong to(National Student Speech Language Hearing Association) and thankfully, Joylynn could come with me. The next day, there was another gathering at my professor's home. Again, Joylynn stood by my side.
This is one of the nicest parts about not being in a long distance relationship.
