Christ has risen! Christ has risen indeed!

Yesterday Thor and I celebrated our first Easter in person. We went to church at 11:00 and got to sit in the Eagle's Nest because the main sanctuary was packed out. We then went to Ryan & Sara's home and ate a delicious dinner of Easter ham (why is ham the choice meat of Easter?), mashed potatoes, salad, yummy biscuits and chocolate cake. We also watched Oceans 11. Later that day, we hung out at the B&B and watched a nature documentary about deserts and talked about the purpose of our marriage:

"The Rasmussens: Loving God together and serving people together."

I would like to propose an addition to the mission statement -

"Loving God together, loving each other and serving people together"
